First off, thank you to everyone who’s placed an order, showed support online, send me some emails and all of that, I’ve had a lot of fun this last month running back and forth to the post office getting orders out, meeting new fans, and working on new projects to keep the ball rolling! I really appreciate all the incoming support and hope you guys know it doesn’t get brushed off as just another order or another “like” on Facebook. Anyway aside from that, not a lot of hype surrounding this latest release. A small batch of a redesigned oldie, our new “Coast to Coast” tee features the same crab design now loaded with a whole lot of Hawaiian floral vibes. Stay tuned! It’s been a year since I’ve released anything and here we are on the horizon of a new release. It’s been a weird transition settling into college life and moving forward with the brand and I have to be honest, I haven’t really been sure where to go. I can’t say I know exactly where I’m headed with it but I can ensure you all that things are about to get much bigger and I’m looking forward to bringing the Life Apparel Family along the ride. It’s weird how things are working out, even though I may not be posting every day, or every month for that matter, designs are being drawn, goods are being crafted, and moves are being made. Spring/Summer 2013, we’re going big. Also on a side note, if you have an Instagram, check out our contest for a chance to win some free shirts! More info on the contest here. I’ve been getting a lot of questions lately regarding the Fall/Winter collection and haven’t been doing a whole lot of answering. Well, that’s not really going to change but I couldn’t throw the above picture on the site without leaving a few words along with it. At this point it should be well established that going with the flow is nothing short of the norm with Life Apparel and that, too, is not changing. At some point over the summer I mentioned changing the way releases work with the company and it seems most appropriate to make those changes now. Unfortunately, I simply don’t have the time, space, and resources to handle an entire collection like I did during high school. Nor do I really want to. I’d like to continue with the company, and fuel it to as far as it can go, but I’d like to do it at a natural pace, meaning new goods come when all falls into place and they’re ready to drop. That being said, since I’ll be cutting back a tad and having periodic releases, it will be ensured that every release is given just as much attention as the previous collections. Now for this November release. Titled “Good Vibes”, the first of who knows how many Fall/Winter drops will include one new tee, a pullover, and custom knit beanies. As usual the collection will drop along with a lookbook and some new small goods such as stickers and buttons. Until then, I’ve put everything in the online store on sale until it’s all gone, check out the sale here and grab some previous threads before they’re gone! Thank you to everyone who’s kept up with the blog, fanpage, etc, I really appreciate you guys checking in once in a while to see what’s new and promise that when time comes for new releases, it will be well worth the wait.

Overdue Updates

Hello fam, old and new! Apologies as usual for the lack of posts. I’d like everyone to know that the fall line is in fact finished. 6 brand new designs, 10 colorways, snapbacks, pullovers, zip ups, & good vibes. I can’t set a tentative release date just yet because these last weeks have been pure madness and it I have no idea what the next few weeks have in store for me. Nevertheless, this line will be releasing soon and I can ensure that it’s the best collection I’ve created to date. I’m not really sure what else to say these days but I’ll keep the blog alive with some random posts of my life here at Rutgers for those of you that still visit here every once in a while in hopes of new shirt updates.

Fall Madness & Radness

Whatup fam! If you’ve been following the blog over the summer I’m sure you’re accustomed to hearing, “Welp, no new shirts, but they’re coming, blah, blah, blah”. Well, here’s some more of that with an added preview to make it a little easier to handle. Though I can’t say for sure when the Fall 2012 will be releasing, I’m aiming to drop it at the end of September/beginning of October. Why so far? Well for one I’ll be starting my first year at Rutgers University so who knows what kind of nonsense will be going on preventing me from getting the 100% cotton goodness to all you folks. Also, I still have a decent amount of stock left so prior to releasing more tees I’d like to get some of the remaining ones out. So tell your mother, father, neighbors, and the women of the world, to head on over to the store and pick up some funk.

As the date comes closer and closer, I’ll be disclosing more details on the fall collection and all the radness that’s about to come. I’ll be dropping a preview every week or so to keep everyone in the loop. As of now I have 6 designs ready to hit production and I’m working on some snapbacks for a late fall/early winter release as well. I’m extremely proud of the work that’s gone into designing this line and even more excited to show you all the final product! In the meantime, keep spreadin those good vibes folks.
